Accommodation

We have 5 single rooms (2 en-suite; 3 with sea view and shared facilities) , 6 twin (all en-suite) and 5 doubles (all en-suite). Several twin and double rooms overlook the sea – there is no extra cost to enjoy our sea views! We also have 2 'Friends & Family Suites' that are available on the 2nd Floor (see special offers page).

Whilst all rooms are provided with the customary hospitality tray comprising tea/coffee making facilities and biscuits, as well as televisions and clock radios. Hairdryers are available to all guests on request as is the use of an iron and ironing board.
We have 5 ground floor rooms.

Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is by 10.30am. Please ask if you require an earlier check-in or later check-out time, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Dining
Breakfast - Served between 8.30 and 10.00 am (earlier by arrangement).
Guests can help themselves to a choice of fruit juice, prunes or grapefruit. A range of cereals is also available, plus pumpkin and sunflower seeds. Orders are taken for tea or coffee, as well as a substantial, traditional English breakfast or kippers. Guests are invited to toast their own white or brown bread. Fresh fruit is always on offer.

Lunch
Sandwiches are available on request and served in the lounge. A Packed lunch can be ordered daily.

Dinner - Served at 6.00 pm.
A three course meal is served every evening consisting of a starter, main meal and pudding. Salad or vegetarian options can also be served, and tea or coffee is included with your meal. We pride ourselves on our freshly prepared home-cooking.  Water is provided or why not try a glass of wine? All our bottles of wine are charged at a very reasonable £10.00
